Do you like being outside, spending time with animals and helping a worthy cause?

Carolina Waterfowl is in need of volunteers who can come out to facility in Indian Trail to feed, clean, and provide fresh water for our birds. Our busiest times are in the spring/summer months when baby season is in full swing.

Training is provided. Must be able to commit to volunteering 2-4 hours once a week or once every other week.

Opportunities to learn about wildlife rehabilitation are offered to committed volunteers.

Our goal is to release as many native animals we can and to adopt to good homes any domestic or non native species that we care for. In addition, we strive to educate the Charlotte area public on living peacefully together with wildlife.
