Contact Database Volunteer

Responsibilities:

Realizing the Dream is seeking an individual to create a custom MS Access database to serve as our contact management software and who can help continue to develop its features including:

• Creating new data entry fields as needed
• Creating categorization fields (donors, staff, board members, general, etc.)
• Rework existing data entry screens & queries
• Create customized reports

• Volunteer will report to the Program Associate
• Must be able to complete tasks according to mutually agreed-upon deadlines

• Skills and qualifications: * full knowledge and experience in developing databases with MS Access * familiarity with the working environment of a small non-profit * strong organizational skills and follow-through * attention to detail
