Our House Volunteers may accomplish a variety of tasks to help keep this Ronald McDonald House running smoothly for the 10 families that stay at our "home away from home." You may be filling the pop machine, writing thank you notes, doing laundry, restocking bedrooms, emptying waste baskets, watering flower beds, mowing lawn, or baking brownies, for example. Variety is the spice of life, they say, and we certainly have a variety of household/yard chores to be done as a Ronald McDonald House-Marshfield Volunteer.
We presently use in-House Volunteers in morning, afternoon or evenings shifts of 1-2 hours.
In late October, we will be in need of a group of volunteers to do fall yard work,clean the windows, and string Chrristmas lights on the deck and lampposts.
We also have this same need in late April-early May when we do our "Spring cLeaning" fling.
Our Cranberry Century Bike Tour is held the 2nd or 3rd Sunday in September. We are in need of 10 volunteers to work either mornings or afternoons so the tour runs smoothly-sign up bikers, serve lunch & beverages, sign in bikers on return, clean up and return all items to RMH.

Its programs are grassroots-driven to enable the Charity to offer help where children need it most - right in their own communities. RMHC makes an immediate, positive impact on children's lives through its global network of local Chapters in 52 countries and its three core programs: the Ronald McDonald House, Ronald McDonald Family Room and Ronald McDonald Care Mobile. These programs provide a bridge to accessible health care and allow families more time together, which help in the healing process. RMHC and its global network of local Chapters also have awarded more than $460 million in grants and program services to children's programs around the world.
