Just think, you and your team can transform one house and then if you would like, not just one house but an entire network of Northern Virginia houses in 2015.
Pathway Homes, www.pathwayhomes.org, is a nonprofit that provides housing and support to adults living with mental illness in Northern Virginia. We are looking for groups that would be interested in completing raking, weeding, and bush/tree trimming needs for one or more houses that the individuals served by Pathway Homes live in.

Pathway Homes is a non-profit organization providing non-time-limited housing and support services to adults with mental illness. Pathways serves individuals throughout Fairfax County, the City of Fairfax, the City of Falls Church, Prince William County and Arlington.
