Pregnancy Counselor at Pregnancy Resource Center and ministry. Part-time volunteers needed to counsel pregnant teens, women and families facing unplanned pregnancies. Training will be provided with a mentor counselor.
Must agree that all Life is precious. You will use brochures, videos, referrals to RN's for ultrasound to help women see unborn life and the importance of the decisions she is making.
You will work with a Receptionist, RN and often office management staff to help clients with no-cost services. Education for the client might include free pregnancy test, confidential counseling, adoption referral, post-abortion healing referrals, material goods assistance and referrals to communities agencies for other support.
