Marion County Mustangs Inc is seeking Head & Assistant Cheer Coaches for its youths. An individual MUST desire to work with children. It is important that these individuals are able to follow a cirriculum. Coaches will have an option of coaching year round with the Marion County Mustangs Inc. Cheer Dancers or with our new 2010 MCAYF {Marion County American Youth Cheer} which will operate during the youth football season.

Previous cheer experience is required for Head Coach positions.

There are 2 locations: Lillian Bryant Recreation Center in Ocala, Florida and The Eureka Community Center in Eureka, Florida.

• Age: The Head Coach MUST be 18 years of age and able to attend ALL practices and competitions. The Head Coach will be responsible for his/ her Certification Book. All records must be neat and accurate. The Head Coach must be CPR/ First Aid certified. Finally, the Head Coach must have previous cheer experience as a former cheerleader or Cheer coach. Former cheer experience may have been as a participant in a youth cheer league. The Head Coach will report directly to his/her Cheer or Dance Coordinator. Assistant Coaches must be 18 years of age and able to attend ALL practices, exhibitions and competitions. The Assistant Coach will report directly to his/ her Cheer or Dance Head Coach.
