Are you willing to lend your time to Hospice efforts?In the home, hospital and nursing facilities, hospice and palliative care volunteers provide support to people with life-limiting illnesses and their families. Volunteers will receive extensive training which includes an introduction to hospice and palliative care, education on death, dying and grief, and the development of communication and support skills.
