ORGANIZATION: Area Agency on Aging of North Idaho

Long-Term Care Ombudsmen are advocates for residents of skilled nursing and assisted-living facilities. We visit residents, inform them of their rights, observe the environment, and receive and investigate resident complaints. We are the voices for those elders that cannot or do not speak for themselves. Our concerns are resident rights, quality of care and quality of life.
