mvi HospiceCare

Companion Volunteers are essential to the Hospice Program. You would be providing respite relief to family members on a weekly or monthly basis, while offering companionship to a hospice patient.

Companion volunteers sit with a patient from 2 hours, up to 4 hours at a visit. All volunteers are trained and background checked before being assigned to a patient.

Becoming a Companion Volunteer is a rewarding experience for the individual, as well as the family, and patient.

Hospice Volunteer hours are also very flexible, and can be integrated into any daily schedule. If you have some time to give, please think of volunteering at mvi HospiceCare.
