Blood Assurance is a non-profit regional blood center, in operation since 1972.
Most of our blood centers are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. & Saturdays 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
All blood comes from volunteer blood donors. Please consider "giving the gift of life" today. Your one blood donation can save up to three lives!
Blood Assurance has 13 blood centers & 14 bloodmobiles, and serves 70 healthcare facilities in parts of TN, AL, GA, VA & NC. Its administrative offices & laboratory are located in Chattanooga.

Blood Assurance is a non-profit regional blood center. Our mission is to provide a safe and adequate supply of blood and blood components, in a cost effective manner, to every area patient in need. 74 healthcare facilities in 51 counties are helped by Blood Assurance donors. Over 540 blood donors are needed every day in order to adequately supply all the hospitals served by Blood Assurance.
