Description
A Beacon of Hope is a faith based, non-profit organization providing compassionate care & support to teens and young women facing multiple barriers and overwhelming circumstances due to unplanned pregnancies.
With clinic locations in Decatur and Johns Creek, our medical staff and highly trained patient care advocates of ABOH provide the medical, emotional and long term care and education, women and teens need when making a critical decision during a time of uncertainty. We provide accurate information on all options - abortion, adoption and parenting.
48% of pregnancies are unplanned and 60% of unplanned pregnancies end in abortion. We believe abortion is often the result of lack of support and resources. God has invited us to become a part of building a culture of love and life for the men and women we serve, ultimately providing them with comprehensive care that empowers them to make an educated choice in a safe, healthy environment.
Our services are provided free and without judgment, therefore our patients can expect honest and caring support. While A Beacon of Hope and the Women's Clinic of Atlanta are anchored in the Christian faith, women are served without regard to race, age, nationality, lifestyle, religious affiliation, marital status, income or disability. As a non-profit, non-political organization, ABOH is funded entirely by private donors, foundations, businesses and churches. We do NOT recommend, refer or perform abortions.
