WHAT IS A SINGLE LIGHT?
A Single Light is a start up nonprofit organization dedicated to help those affected by cancer connect with rescores available to them during diagnoses, treatment and post treatment. A Single Light was founded on June 10, 2005

MISSION STATEMENT
A Single Light is a grass roots community, health based, non-profit organization dedicated to increasing the access to information for those afflicted with cancer, along with their families, to lessen their suffering through education and service.

VISION STATEMENT
It is our vision that anyone affected by cancer in any way can use our services to find quick and reliable information about the disease and about the available resources to fight it.

• WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR A Single Light is looking for individuals who like to have fun, know how to preform research on the interest, and who want to help those affected by cancer. Minimum age: 16 years old (or by waver of age requirement) Must Have access to the internet either at home, the library, or else where for this volunteer activity. Time requirement: As long as you get the work done that is assigned to you in a timely manner that is all we care about. We do ask that you volunteer with A Single Light for aMinimum of 3 months. This volunteer activity can be done in the from your own home or office.
