The Salvation Army of Spokane Food Bank assists approximately 1,500 people per month. We are a client choice program, meaning that each client that comes through our doors gets to "shop" for their own food with dignity. This requires us to utilize volunteers like you to assist clients and keep the shelves constantly stocked with a variety of food choices.
Volunteers are needed daily (Monday through Friday).
Food Bank Volunteer Hours:
Monday: 9a - 5p
Tuesday: 9a - 6:30p
Wednesday: 10a - 5p
Thursday: 9a - 6:30p
Friday: 9a - 5p
Volunteer when you can, and for as long as you can. You don't need to set a schedule with us.
Prior to volunteering, you must complete a volunteer application packet at The Salvation Army of Spokane (222 E. Indiana Ave., Spokane, WA 99207).
Please contact Jason Johnson, Volunteer & Event Coordinator for The Salvation Army of Spokane. (509)329-2721 jason.johnson@usw.salvationarmy.org
