Purpose 4 Life, Inc. is a youth outreach organization who works with incarcerated youth. We are currently looking for a male and female Chaplain.

The chaplain will provide for the pastoral needs of youth, families, and P4L staff. Specifically, the chaplain, through professional training and certification, assists youth, families, and P4L staff to understand more fully life's events as they relate to their spiritual and emotional well-being, all within the DC metro area that reflect the diversity and philosophy of Purpose 4 Life, Inc.

• Exemplary character; At least two years experience managing others; Licensed minister; Ability to understand and work within budgetary procedures, policies, and restrictions; Able to problem-solve; Disciple, & pray for volunteers & clients; Great Interpersonal skills; Regardless of job capacity, each team member is obligated to present a professional and helpful business image to all they come into contact with, both within and outside of the organization. Sound judgment; organizational, research and marketing abilities; excellent oral and written communications skills; ability to plan schedules and to meet deadlines; attention to detail and exceptional follow-through; Computer literate.
