As a Female Learning Specialist in Project GROW , you mentor young females ages 10-18 to increase development of a sense of self and recognition of individual talents and strengths for success in personal, social, academic, and career roles. GROW provides an environment to discuss relevant social issues that impact its participants while exploring career opportunities, public speaking, and promoting cultural diversity.
