In 2007, TreeHouse staff and board members made a decision to begina a Community Development Initiative and to no longer be "the best kept secret in town." Following the belief that it really does take a community to make a difference, each TreeHouse area is reaching out to form a Community Development Board, comprised of 10 stakeholders from various groups within their community.

TreeHouse currently serves six metro communities that include: Bloomington, Brooklyn Park, Chaska, Minnetonka, New Hope, and Plymouth.

• Networking: 1. Must love God and love being an advocate for youth 2. Have a heart to serve 3. Must be exicted and willing to share the good news of TreeHouse to others in their community. 4. Invite people in your own network of people to learn about TreeHouse at an 1-Hour 'Story of Hope' event in your area.
