Invest in hurting teens ages 11-18 on Thursday nights by serving at 'Going Deeper' as a volunteer.

'Going Deeper' is a weekly program at TreeHouse - similar to a youth group program - for at-risk & hurting youth, many of whom are not familiar with faith.

Through training, observation and hands on experience you will be able to become a volunteer at Going Deeper. This position would involve being a part of the large group program, interacting with youth, leading a discussion group on occasion, and helping with program in a variety of ways.

'Going Deeper' takes place on Thursday nights from6:30 through one-on-one time (approximately 10:00PM). Volunteers needed at each of the six TreeHouse locations.

• Mentor: 1. Must love God and love youth 2. Have a heart to serve 3. Be teachable 4. Be compassionate and caring, yet lovingly firm when needed 5. Available on Thursday nights from 6:30 through one-on-one time (approximately 10:00PM) 6. Able to provide own transportation 7. Able to commit to serve for a minimum of 9 months to a year. 8. Complete and pass a background and reference check. 9. Make at least two site visits prior to becoming a on-going volunteer.
