FAITH IN ACTION Volunteers needed to provide assistance for seniors with: Transportation to doctor's appointments, Groceries/Shopping and Errands, Minor Home Repairs, Friendly Home and Phone Visiting, Light Housekeeping, Chore Days. We also need office volunteers.
We offer Volunteer Orientations the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month, 2:00 - 3:30 p.m. at the Faith in Action office at 102 E. Main St. Urbana. To register, please call (217) 337-2778.

Description
Interfaith volunteer care-giving program in which volunteers provide assistance with transportation, yard work, minor home repairs and chores as well as friendly home and phone visits to those 55 and older in order for them to remain independent in their own home.
