We are looking for someone who is familiar with Joomla for content management. This team member will be responsible for updating the website with new content and sections, updating event information in a timely fashion, updating our monthly e-newsletter, etc. We estimate that maintenance tasks will take 5-10 hours per month. Special projects or events may take more time.

We are looking for a self-starter and can work independently with some direction. This is not a learning position. We are looking for someone who can immediately take the ball and run with it. The preferred candidate will be able to commit to a long term relationship with the organization.

Our organization is very open to everyone's new ideas and we love to have fun, so bring your thoughts and party hat! =) And, of course, your love of dogs!

We would prefer someone living in the metro DC area.
