Share your passion for gardening and help keep Bell green! Bell is seeking individuals and/or small groups to help create and maintain landscaping for our supported living homes.

Major mowing and large scale projects are done in-house; the volunteer gardener will weed and manage growth of plantings in the flower beds.

There is an immediate need for major weeding at one property as well as ongoing care.

Arrangements must be made in advance with the program coordinator and house supervisor but this opportunity provides great flexibility - design a schedule to suit your needs

• Basic gardening knowledge: Requirements include * ability to handle varying levels of physical yard work (initially more strenuous, reduced to moderate and light as beds are managed appropriately) * transportation to/from the property * desire to share your time and abilities in support of our mission to provide an environment of support and empowerment where people can improve their quality of living.
