As as Mentor you are responsible for providing a positive, one-on-one mentoring relationship in order to help mentees discover their abilities, and broaden their experiences and opportunities. A minimum commitment of one year is mandatory. Mentors will be required to meet with their mentees two to four times a month. The positions require a minimum of eight hours a month to a maximum of 20 hours a month of devotion. Mentors and mentees will choose a project for the year and work together in order to ensure that the goal has been met.
