Protect elderly/disabled from abuse and neglect
The state agency charged with protecting elderly and adults with disabilities - counted more than 35-thousand victims of abuse, neglect, and exploitation last year.
Lend office support to an agency that protects the physical safety and emotional well-being of the most vulnerable citizens of Texas.
They need visitors and readers, pet care, home maintance help, translators and community awareness workers
Office Assistant duties may include: organizing files, answering telephones, assembling packets and special mailouts, copying/faxing, working with office staff, and/or greeting clients.
Terms: Car Required - Must Provide Own Transportation, Site is handicapped accessible

In doing so, RSVP will foster civic responsibility, strengthen the ties that bind us together as a people, and provide educational opportunity for those who make a substantial commitment to service.

RSVP is a gateway for volunteerism in the community. RSVP provides many free benefits including free volunteer insurance, learning opportunities, and volunteer recognition.
