The Koshland Science Museum is currently recruiting volunteers to be Exhibit Interpreters. Visitors to the museum discover the practical applications and social implications of scientific research through unique exhibits that involve interactive displays, graphics, videos, and scientific projections. Volunteers contribute their own personal touch by helping visitors explore scientific evidence and information on climate change, disaster resilience, the brain, nutrition, aging, and many more topics. Interact with interesting people from around the city, nation, and globe while spending a few hours every week or two developing your science communication skills.

Benefits of volunteering at the Koshland Science Museum include interaction with scientists, free participation in special events, free Museum passes, and discounts at National Academies bookstore.

We also have hours to accomodate any schedule. We are open 10am to 6pm daily (closed on Tuesday)
