Volunteer as a CSB Yoga Instructor and help individuals served by the CSB build healthy relationships between their body and mind. As a yoga teacher, you will have the power to transform lives by teaching attendees how to keep peace of mind even in tough times. The CSB Yoga Instructor will plan and facilitate yoga classes at a CSB facility or group home.
Instructor must be a certificated Yoga Instructor or working on their certification hours.
Volunteer will put together a 6 to 8-week curriculum class (can renew at the end of each session).
The days/times are flexible for scheduling but should be a set day/time of the week for the 8-week session.

Description
When you join our volunteer team, you will receive training, supervision, diverse educational experiences, and opportunities for personal growth. Various positions are available throughout Fairfax County and the cities of Fairfax and Falls Church. The times and days available are flexible and include some evening and weekend opportunities, as well as regular weekday hours. By providing direct service, administrative support, or participating in special projects, volunteers are valuable members of our team.
