Kiva is looking for an IT generalist to help our staff and volunteers with basic day-to-day tasks, such as:
- setting up new machines
- install applications
- troubleshooting problems
- basic networking (wired & wireless)
- printer / scanner usage
- provide training / answer questions about using the wiki, MS Office, email
- be able to work with both Macs and Windows

If you have more advanced skills, we can put those to use as well. :)

Ideally, you would be available to work at our San Francisco office at least once a week, and for an average of ~30 hours / month. Shorter term arrangements will be considered, but the ideal scenario is a volunteer who can come in on a regular basis.
