Be the Mentor and/or tutor that makes a difference in the life of a child. So many children need an adult to take interest in their learning and life. Can you be that someone????????

Many children struggle to keep up with lesson plans and so many teachers and/or parent struggle to meet the increasing need to fit it all in to a manageable day.

Volunteer to be that person who can take the time, offer to explain the directions one more time and or just listen to the story that a child wants to tell. Do you have the time to make a difference in our next generation??

The Agency on Aging of South Central CT’s volunteer program offers individuals 55 and older flexible opportunities to provide support to students in local schools and community centers.

Volunteers are trained and ongoing program support. Contact Cherie Strucaly at (203)752-3059 or email to cstrucaly@aoascc.org.
