If you love being outside, horses, swimming or helping people learn new skills, come volunteer with us! The National Ability Center is looking for volunteers to assist individuals with disabilities to do recreational activities. We have over 20 programs you can become a part of.
The National Ability Center offers volunteer orientation on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 5:30 PM. The orientation will give you an opportunity to learn more about the National Ability Center and the programs we offer and meet the staff.

Description
The National Ability Center offers a wide variety of year-round activities, which include alpine and cross-country skiing, snowboarding, swimming, cycling, waterskiing, horseback riding, rafting and camping trips, challenge course activities, leadership training and more!
Individuals of all ages and abilities take part in the Ability Center's programs, including those with orthopedic, spinal cord, neuromuscular, visual and hearing impairments, as well as those with cognitive disabilities. Specially designed equipment is available for many of the activities.
