House Mentors are individuals committed to serving women and to sharing their faith. Their consistent commitment to house life illustrates to residents that they are women worthy of being truly loved. A minimum of one shift a month is requested and more are encouraged to help stay familiar with the women and build relationships. Additionally, Mentors are requested to attend monthly trainings a minimum of 6 times a year.
