Assist patients and visitors who enter Bryan Medical Center find their desired destination. We are looking for volunteers who can use their experience in customer service, computers, telephones, and problem-solving at the information desk. Patient and visitor needs are determined using various tools available at the desk including a computer.
Duties include greeting individuals in person and on the telephone, providing information and directions, finding test and procedure check-in locations via computer, and providing medical emergency escort or transport to the Emergency Room. This is an exciting, sometimes fast-paced opportunity where you can learn many new things.
