Theater Operations

1.Team Leader-Assist Theater Manager,supervise Theater Volunteer Team,follow through with task assign, and try to resolve customer issues if needed.

2.Ticket Taker-Take the tickets and make sure it has the right dates and guest are entering the right program.

3.Pass Counter-Make sure passes are good for certain programs. Make sure is the right person on pass.Count each person with the clicker.

4.Inside Auditorium Control-Distribute and collect ballots.Protect reserved seating, count empty seats and notify the Outside Control.

5.Outside Crowd Control-A resonant voice is needed.Check tickets to be sure they are in the correct line. Continually monitor the lines prior to and during admission.

Hospitality/Special Events-Assist Coordinator with setup, direct guests to restaurants, shops and screening venues. Bus tables as needed.Set up and load out. (heavy lifting may be involved)

Credentials-Work with Credential Manager with laminating and organizing Pass and Will Call orders.

Film Library-Assist distributors and others in viewing videos/DVDs of festival films in the viewing stations.

Sales-Work with merchandise manager with selling and set up of souvenir merchandise.

Publicity & Promotion-Work on various community outreach activities prior to and during the festival.

Translator-Interpret for visiting filmmakers and industry guests.

Set up & Breakdown-Work with festival staff to move festival programs, flags and other production materials to/from venue sites.Ability to lift 25 lbs required.

Festival Office-Knowledge of computers and basic office equipment required.
