Many seniors in the Champaign/Urbana community need help with yard work, such as raking leaves, and odd jobs around the house and are physically unable to undertake them nor do they have access to friends and/or family to help. If you are an active individual and/or group that would like to help seniors in the community, that would be great! There are already many senior residences in need of help with yard work. We are always in need of volunteers. Please contact Karen Bodnar @ (217) 359.6500.

To provide seniors with assistance on chores around the house.
Description
There are seniors in the Champaign/Urbana community who live in their own residences and need assistance with raking leaves, shoveling snow or many other chores around the house. You can help seniors on your own time and there is no need for long term committment. Even the littlest tasks are greatly appreciated by the seniors.
