The exotic plants that need removal include French Broom, Fennel and Ice Plant. Specialized tools will be provided as needed. Work areas include Wildcat Canyon Regional Park in Richmond, Redwood Regional Park in Oakland, Huckleberry Regional Preserve in Oakland, Sibley Volcanic Regional Preserve in Oakland, Robert Crown Memorial Beach in Alameda, Miller Knox Regional Shoreline in Richmond and Martin L King Jr Regional Shoreline in Oakland. Volunteers will be able to choose from various weekend work times year round. We would like up to 25 to 30 at these park areas. Your hard work on these projects will be greatly appreciated.
