Become a powerful presence and comfort to patients facing the end of life, and their families. Certified Massage Therapists needed to provide massage to patients in hospice. Schedule is flexible and based upon your availability. Bi-lingual volunteers are encouraged. Opportunities in Belding, Big Rapids, Caledonia, Grand Rapids, Grandville, Holland, Lowell, Newaygo, Rockford, Sparta and Zeeland areas. Note: Volunteers are asked to wait one year after the death of a family member or friend before volunteering.

Description

Corewell Health Hospice & Palliative Care West Michigan provides support and care for patients in their homes and in health care facilities who are in the final phase of a terminal illness so that they can live as fully and comfortably as possible. Volunteers are a vital part of our patient care team.

Our hospice agency supports patients and families in 11 counties thru-out West Michigan. Volunteers choose which geographic area that they would like to serve.
