Girl Scouting makes a difference for girls... and so can you!

Girl Scouts of Western Washington needs caring adults of all ages to help girls become leaders. Whether you want to work directly with girls or lend your expertise to the adult volunteer team, work throughout the year or support just one specific project or job, there is a place for you!

By volunteering in your own neighborhood, you can give girls the opportunity and confidence to

  • explore new things,
  • discover hidden abilities, and
  • learn new skills
...so that they can grow to be courageous and strong.

Skills

Must be willing and able to have fun and be excited about the idea of helping girls grow, either directly or indirectly.

Must complete a volunteer application process and background check.

Must become a registered member of GSUSA ($10 annual fee, assistance may be available).

Required and optional training provided by Girl Scouts of Western Washington at flexible times.

No previous Girl Scout experience needed.
