Senior Citizen Information and Health Expo Information that serves seniors include business, health, estate planning, insurance,etc.
Over 300 clients expected to attend! National Organization for Renal Disease (NORD) will be providing health screenings and health education materials for chonic diseases and conditions. Those include blood glucose and high blood pressure and educational materials.
NORD needs 15 volunteer licensed health care professionals and regular volunteers! A fun day health Event! From: 7:00am till 1:00pm.Friday, May 27th. 2011! All services are free to seniors and staff.
Music, foods and snacks will be provided.
Free parking, but come early to get a parking space. p>
Skills
- Licensed Health care Professionals: Licensed health care professionals: Nurses,LVN's, pharm techs, CNA's, phlebototmists, health educators and nurtitionists and regular volunteers! Please also include a brief resume' with license and/ or certiticate numbers. Need regular volunteers also! 55 plus are welcome to volunteer! Work with public is helpful, but not necessary corporation will do some trainings with medical equipment.
