Bear Care needs you to Make Bears and/or Bibs! Help help meet our 2015 goal of 300 hand made cuddly stuffed animals and 300 baby bibs. We want to be certain that babies in custody at Laura Dester Shelter at holiday time 2015 are remembered with soft toys to hug and bibs to keep them clean and comfortable.
We accept donations of clean yard goods of an appropriate weight for stuffed animals, and donations of bags of polyester fiberfill stuffing are needed and greatly appreciated. We have patterns. If you are able to make just one item, you are helping and we need you!
