Help us celebrate Trans Pride this year at SOMArts! The party starts on 06/28/2024. Set -up volunteers should arrive by 4:30PM on the day-of. All other volunteers who will be present during the event, please arrive no later than 7:45PM. Doors at 8:00pm, and we're ending at 12:00am. Break-down will take 15-30 minutes thereafter. Bar service will end at 11:30. There will be four performers on stage throughout the night. We anticipate an attendance of between 350-500 people.
- 3 to 4 people to check IDs/ give wristbands, admit ticketholders, and sell tickets at the door
- At least 2 people to sell drink tickets
- At least 4 people who will help keep the event safe for all attendees
- At least 4 people to staff the bar station/s. Ideally some of whom are RBS certified
- We would also like folks who can assist with set-up and break-down
Must be 21+ and provide proof of age
