Job Title: Program Manager (Nonprofit)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our nonprofit organization as a volunteer. The Program Manager will oversee and manage our Journey Totes program. Journey Tote's goal is to provide suitcases of age-appropriate personal hygiene items and clothing to foster children.

This role requires exceptional organizational and leadership skills and a passion for making a positive impact in the community. The Program Manager will work closely with stakeholders, volunteers, and staff to ensure our programs' successful planning, implementation, and evaluation.


Responsibilities:

1. Program Development and Management:

- Develop and implement strategic plans for program growth and sustainability.

- Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of program activities and initiatives.

- Monitor program budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure efficient and effective program delivery.

- Collaborate with staff, volunteers, and partners to develop program materials, guidelines, and procedures.


2. Stakeholder Engagement:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with program participants, community partners, and key stakeholders.

- Collaborate with external organizations, agencies, and funders to leverage resources and expand program reach.


3.Monitoring and Evaluation:

- Develop and implement program evaluation frameworks to assess program effectiveness and impact.

- Collect and analyze data to measure program outcomes and identify areas for improvement.

- Prepare reports and presentations on program performance for internal and external stakeholders


Qualifications:

- - Proven experience in program management, preferably in the nonprofit sector.

- Strong understanding of nonprofit operations and program development principles.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders.

- Proficient in data analysis and reporting.

- Commitment to the mission and values of the organization.
