**Position Overview:**
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Campaign Leaders to join our team and drive forward our mission. As a Campaign Leader, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and implementing various campaigns and initiatives aimed at raising awareness, mobilizing support, and effecting meaningful change on key issues. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are committed to making a difference and have a strong desire to inspire and empower others.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute strategic campaign plans in alignment with The WE Campaign's mission and objectives.
- Mobilize and engage volunteers, supporters, and stakeholders to participate in campaign activities and initiatives.
- Coordinate outreach efforts, including online and offline communications, events, and partnerships to amplify campaign messages and reach diverse audiences.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform campaign strategies, identify opportunities, and assess impact.
- Provide leadership and support to campaign teams, volunteers, and partners, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign progress, measure outcomes, and adapt strategies as needed to maximize effectiveness and achieve goals.

**Qualifications:**
- Demonstrated commitment to social justice, environmental sustainability, and peacebuilding.
- Previous experience in campaign management, advocacy, community organizing, or related fields preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for organizing, communication, and outreach.
