WE BELIEVE THAT SOME INDIVIDUALS CAN BE TALKED OUT OF HURTING OR TAKING SOMEONE’S LIFE. LIFE TARGET WANTS TO CREATE ADDITIONAL OPTIONS TO INTERCEPT VIOLENCE AND HOMICIDE.
