About us:

MN Pocket Pet Rescue is a 501(c)(3) organization primarily serving the Twin Cities Metro Area, focusing on education and public outreach. Our intent is to keep all animals in their homes, with their families, whenever possible. We are committed to rescuing those pocket pets that are in jeopardy of being euthanized or are in danger of being abused, left unattended, or in other types of vulnerable situations. We ensure all animals receive proper veterinary care, medication, and special training for any behavioral issues, as well as to arrange safe, temporary homes for these animals until stable forever homes can be found. Our team is made up of enthusiastic volunteers who work passionately to serve the underrepresented and often misunderstood niche of pocket pets in the overall rescue community and the general public.

We are seeking Adoption Correspondent(s) to work with our Support Team

Duties include:

Maintains correspondence with potential adopters and foster families throughout the process including responding to submitted applications, requesting and reviewing habitat photos, making recommendations, sending final contracts and invoices, sending the final adoption day email, and sending vet records and kennel cards. Informs and supports the reference checkers. Updates the adoption spreadsheet with new information. Creates virtual kennel cards. Updates mailing list with new adopter information. Maintains communication with the Adoption Manager.
