May Culinary Events Volunteer

This May, Sprouts Chef Training is hosting multiple fundraising dinners at top NYC restaurants as part of launching our youth training program this year.

We’re looking for volunteer photographers + videographers who are passionate about telling moving stories through beautiful images. This is a great opportunity to support youth in your community, gain professional experience, and receive recognition for your skills!

May Event Dates Available to Volunteer

You can choose any number of the events to volunteer from the list below based on your availability!

* Wednesday, May 1st: 6-9:30pm at Society Cafe, Walker Hotel, 52 W 13th Street, NYC 10011

* Sunday, May 5th: 5:30-9pm at The Musket Room, 265 Elizabeth Street, NYC 10012

* Wednesday, May 8th: 6-9:30pm at Falansai, 112 Harrison Place, Brooklyn, NY 11237

We equip Bay Area and New York City youth to rise from hardship through restaurant training and job placement. Youth pair with chef mentors and case managers to develop the skills needed to secure and maintain a culinary job. Since 2012 dozens of youth have used their skills to get off the streets, pay for higher education, become chefs, access new professions, or support family members.
