This shift will be getting our families checked in as they arrive. Each family will receive a chore chart for that night, volunteers will ensure that chores are given out and double checked. This shift also takes care of any move-outs and/or move-ins; removing linens, vacuuming, flipping the room for the next family. This is a great time to meet with families, play with children, help with anything they may need help with.
Being trauma informed is also very useful.
