ORGANIZATION: The ALS Association: MN/ND/SD

A 68-year-old woman with ALS would love a volunteer to help her with one or both of the following tasks:

1. Organizing fabric: she is a quilter who just moved to a new apartment, so would be grateful for an extra set of hands to help her get her quilting area set up.

2. Preparing meals: she likes Crock-Pot meals as softer foods work better for her.

She would ideally like a volunteer who is able to visit every other week for approximately 1 hour: afternoons work best with her schedule any day of the week. She does have a cat and dog who can be put in another room while the volunteer is visiting if desired.

If you have cooking or organizing skills, we'd love to hear from you! This opportunity is part of the ALS Association's Family Assistance Program:
