Description

Work with residents of Cabrini House transitional housing or Cabrini Partnership apartments, permanent supportive housing for individuals with mental illness and/or chemical dependency who have experienced long-term homelessness. Duties may entail one-on-one mentoring, facilitating life skills groups, and helping Cabrini staff identify persistent barriers to housing and employment among their clients.

  • Good Listening Skills
  • Understanding and the ability to relate to individuals that possess barriers in Chemical Depenancy, Mental Illness and/or Offender Backgrounds.
  • The ability to maintain good boundries.
