A 62-year-old man with ALS and his wife would love a volunteer to help them with pet care, errands, or hobbies. He would appreciate another person to help him run errands. They have a dog that he likes to walk, but he is no longer able to pick up waste. Extra companionship in general would be greatly appreciated!

They would ideally like a volunteer who is able to visit weekly for 1-2 hours: they can be flexible on times, Monday-Friday.

If you have an extra hour or two each week to help a neighbor in need, we'd love to hear from you! This opportunity is part of the ALS Association's Family Assistance Program:
