Volunteer Opportunity: Administrative Support Volunteer

Organization: Arts in CT

Location: Remote

Description: Join our team as a volunteer administrative support member! We're seeking individuals to assist with making phone calls to schools, documenting calls, setting appointments, managing emails, and gathering feedback from clients. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel and email correspondence are required.

Responsibilities:

  • Make phone calls to schools following the provided scripts.
  • Document calls accurately, including notes and appointment scheduling.
  • Check and respond to emails promptly, maintaining professional and thorough communication.
  • Gather feedback from clients to improve our services.
  • Assist with drafting well-qualified emails and newsletters.
  • Utilize Excel to organize and track data effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to speak clearly and follow provided scripts.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and email platforms.
  • Reliable and punctual with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable interacting with clients and providing excellent customer service.
