Provide Tech Help to Seniors (No IT Experience Required)

Help seniors get connected! Goodwin Living is a not-for-profit senior living community located in Alexandria, Virginia. We are looking for volunteers to help seniors solve basic tech problems they may encounter with their cell phones or computers. If you have a background in IT, that's great, but it's definitely not necessary! As long as you are comfortable navigating your own technology, you will likely have the skills to solve many of the problems that our residents encounter.

We are looking for volunteers to do one of two things:
1. Be available for "tech help office hours." If you're interested in doing this, you would come for about an hour a week (or every other week) and be available to help troubleshoot resident tech issues. You could pick any time that works well for your schedule.

2. Participate in our "Mobile Device Drop-In Clinics." We currently host one drop-in clinic a month, but need support from volunteers in order to increase our frequency. If we get enough interest from volunteers in order to add another drop-in clinic, we would select the time and date based on volunteer availability.
