Monroe County children need YOU to:
- Provide enrichment by working one-on-one or in small groups. Work directly with the children, providing support, stimulation and guidance.
- Open the world of reading to students...share the joy of knowledge with children who would benefit from the enrichment of extra tutoring.
- Or, help children master math - a necessary skill for everyone!
- Work in an after school program for urban youth in first through sixth grades.
- School year and/or summer calendar time frames available!
- Multiple locations - find one that works for you!
Develop a relationship of trust and continuity, which will enhance the child's self image.
All RSVP volunteers will be covered by no-cost supplemental accident and liability insurance while volunteering. Other benefits may be available.
