Goodwin Living is a not-for-profit, faith-based senior living and health care services organization that serves older adults throughout the National Capital Region. Our mission is to support, honor and uplift the lives of older adults and the people who care for them.
To enhance the residents’ quality of life, Goodwin House Bailey's Crossroads encourages an active, involved lifestyle through a well-rounded program of fine arts, crafts, education, and social enrichment. We are interested in hosting volunteers to come in on the weekends and lead a 45 min to 1-hour long enrichment activity with residents on our Assisted Living or Healthcare Center floors. What activities can you lead? Play games, hold discussions, show off your art skills with an activity, run pre-scheduled activities, or share your own talents or interests!

Goodwin Living has been uplifting the lives of older adults and those who care for them since 1967. Based in Northern Virginia, we are a mission-driven, not-for-profit organization, committed to exceptional service and personalized care. Our family of services includes two senior living life plan communities, an innovative continuing care at home program, health care services such as hospice, home health and rehabilitation therapy, and the Goodwin Living Foundation.
